Psalm 151

So this is a poem my mom got for me I think my first year in Pride. If you were/are in marching band, you will find this quite amusing.

My director is my leader,
I shall not want.
He maketh me march up and down
the wet field.

He threatens my soul,
He leadeth me down the street behind horses.

Yea, though I march on the field
of competition,
O will fear no judges, for GOD is with me,
My music and my instrument,
They comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me and serve me
pizza,
Thou anointest my head with a Shako* and
plume.
My spit valve runneth over.

Surely goodness and superior ratings shall follow me
all the days of my band career,
and I will dwell in the band room
forever.

* This was originally saying HAT but since I have a cow when I hear a shako being called a hat, I changed it.

So, did you like it? I have had it posted in my room for a while now and I thought I would share it.

I don't know the original author of this, but if you know who it is, congratulate him or her for me!

Have a good day!

Long time no Post

Sorry for the period of time for which I didn't write. i just didn't feel like writing.

Well, to bring my readers up-to-date, I don't work at Wendy's anymore. I work as a dietary aide at BA Nursing Home. It is quite fun! I prepare drinks, desserts, and do other things. I get to wear scrubs which are so comfortable!

Ok, I know this was a short post, but it is better than nothing!

New Song Favorite

So tonight was the commencement for the 2008 seniors and it was okay. there are a lot of people going to Broken Arrow High School. Traffic on 81st and Memorial was a nightmare, but I got there and back with no wrecks or road rage. With all that said, I have found a new song favorite!

The Farmer and the Cowman From Oklahoma!

This song is amazing, I love it! I'm trying to put it on the song list above, but I don't know when that will get done. I love Oklahoma!!!!

BTW there was tornadoes Wednesday night at church. That was quite an ordeal. In all my life of going there I have never had that experience of rushing to the preschool with my personal alto saxophone, homework, and a noodle swimming toy. Nothing really happened, but I am thankful that God kept his house safe and the people in it.

I was at graduation tonight I was thinking. I WILL BE A SENIOR NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to be top dog in the school and Pride!!!!! This year will be amazing with the Rose Bowl Parade Trip, Pride in general(The music is Awesome), and being my senior year! I am going to miss all my classmates, wait... not all of them, just my close friends. Statistics state that I won't keep in touch with my friends, but I will try!

So goodnight to my faithful readers and ?Have sweet dreams!
